First the internet. Then the cloud. Then mobile. Today, almost every sign has “AI” emblazoned across it.

The challenge, of course, is that not all AI stories are created equal. Every company wants to be seen as an AI leader. Distinguishing substance from noise is difficult.

At Conviva, we’ve spent the past year thinking about this question. Our answer is rooted in authenticity: staying true to who we are while boldly embracing what we’ve become.

Conviva’s origins are in streaming analytics. We helped to pioneer this first digital frontier where experience could make or break a business. We learned how to measure consumer experience objectively, in real time, at massive scale. Those lessons never belonged only to video; they shape every digital experience.

As engagement expanded from streaming to apps, websites, and now AI agents, our customers started asking the same questions:

These questions pushed us to evolve Conviva into a platform that delivers consumer intelligence with actionable insights that connect experience patterns to outcomes across apps, websites, and AI agents. It’s powered by real consumer behavior rather than sampled guesses.

This isn’t a pivot away from our roots; it’s the natural destination our platform has been moving toward for years.

Why We’re Evolving the Conviva Brand

With this evolution in our platform and products, it became clear that our brand also needed to evolve. We explored every dimension of how we show up: messaging, narrative, visual identity, and digital presence. Our company name stays the same—our roots matter—but nearly everything around it needed modernization to reflect what we do today.

Here are the core elements of that evolution.

1. Updated Messaging: Focused on Pattern-to-Outcome Intelligence

The modern digital ecosystem is fragmented, and traditional metrics (clicks, funnels, conversions) don’t tell you why customers succeed or struggle. Our updated narrative focuses on what Conviva uniquely provides:

  • Consumer experience patterns connected to outcomes
  • Real-time, stateful analytics across every session and conversation
  • A unified view across apps, websites, and AI agents

Conviva insights go beyond “what happened” to show why it happened, and how teams can drive predictable, high-impact outcomes.

This shift is now reflected across our website: home page, product pages, platform overview, use cases, and persona-specific narratives.

2. Updated Visual Identity: Reflecting the Audiences We Now Serve

Our refreshed identity moves beyond the imagery and aesthetics of our video-streaming origins. Today’s Conviva serves a broad spectrum of teams: product, marketing, and AI engineering, across retail, travel, enterprise SaaS, media & entertainment, and more.

Our new visual identity emphasizes:

  • Human-centered design
  • Data clarity and precision
  • A modern aesthetic that resonates with digital product and AI leaders
  • A unified look across every Conviva touchpoint: web, social, presentations, product visuals

3. A New Digital Home: Introducing Conviva.ai

Some changes are more symbolic than others. Moving from conviva.com to conviva.ai is one example, but the symbolism only works because it’s true.

We hesitated at first. Too many companies use “AI” in branding without meaningful innovation behind it. But for Conviva, “AI” isn’t a marketing veneer, it’s foundational. Our platform incorporates nearly 80 patents, stateful compute, and explainable AI that have powered real-time consumer experience intelligence at massive scale for more than a decade.

The .ai domain reflects:

  • Our leadership in experience intelligence spanning apps, websites, and AI agents in production
  • Our commitment to explainable AI-driven insights
  • Our evolution beyond a single industry into a broader digital product ecosystem

And in early 2026, it will also host our own AI agent, the natural-language interface into our website, a nice compliment (little sibling) of Nexa, the natural-language interface into the Conviva platform.

Looking Ahead
