Challenge
For a learning platform, every clip that fails to play or degrades in quality interrupts a student's study session. Doubtnut needed visibility into how its learning videos actually performed for students, and a way to pinpoint which assets were causing problems.
Solution
Doubtnut implemented two Conviva solutions:
- Experience Insights for real-time quality of experience (QoE) monitoring across its video learning service.
- Viewer Insights to granularly slice and dice learning assets and troubleshoot problematic clips.
Results
