Lan Nguyen

Lan Nguyen has spent more than a decade leading Conviva's global strategy and operations for people and workplace. Under her leadership, the company has grown its presence in the U.S., Europe and the UK, and India to support a global roster of customers.

Prior to joining Conviva, Lan ran recruiting through domestic and international acquisitions at LiveOps, where she was responsible for quadrupling the team. She led the design and implementation of global HR operations and people programs there, and has applied that strategic planning to growing the team at Conviva.. She holds a degree from California State University's School of Business and Economics.
